Wine from two plots over 100 years old,
without yeasts, enzymes or bacteria, with the aim of expressing as much of the estate as possible. 40% whole bunch, the rest destemmed with the stalks incorporated, making 100% stalks. Freshness, tension, dry tannins characteristic of Baga. A little rusticity with plenty of elegance and a vibrant acidity, with tart red fruits.Long after taste.
